Transparent pricing, built around your business
You get modern fintech infrastructure and private-bank-grade service under a conventional per-transaction fee. We’re invested in building a tailored pricing model that drives your profitability and reduces operational burden.
How we build your tailored pricing model
We start with your business
We analyse your payment flows, markets, volumes, risk profile, and operating needs to define the right mix of products, features, settlement terms, and service.
Then we price the setup around it
You get a tailored per-transaction rate and pricing structure designed around your actual flow, giving you the right level of cost control, visibility, and predictability.

Ways to structure what you pay
IC++ / Cost-plus
Every component is passed through at actual cost and shown as its own line. Our margin, a percentage or a fixed fee, is the only part open to negotiation. Your cost then follows the payment-method mix your business actually produces.
Blended
Interchange and scheme fees are folded into a single agreed-upon rate, and we absorb the variance. The rate can run universally across all transaction types, or split into separate domestic and cross-border pricing.
Fixed cost
One amount per transaction with no percentage component, whatever the value, method or market. It suits flows with a stable average ticket and makes higher-value payments particularly economical to process.
Monthly fee
A single invoice each month, set against the volume you process. Transaction counts move within the agreed band without changing what you pay, with separate terms defined for amounts beyond it.
What your individual rate depends on
We don’t publish standard blended rates or IC++ margins. Both are tailored to each client based on their business profile and key commercial factors.
Cost of the operation
The floor is set by your card mix and payment geography.
Risk profile
Vertical, chargeback history, and delivery terms.
Flow economics
Average ticket, transaction count, and approval rate.
Infrastructure complexity
Integration depth, currencies, and entities.
Advisory scope
How much strategic and operational support you draw on.

Lower rates don’t always mean lower costs. The right pricing model does
Costs you can see are costs you can lower
Itemised reporting turns payments into something you change and measure again. Managed cost falls over time.
Your savings reach your invoice
Every gain from 3DS, tokenisation or local acquiring lowers your interchange, and your bill moves with it. That is what keeps the next optimisation project funded.
Reviews that lower what you pay
Agreed thresholds on volume, method mix and chargeback ratio trigger a rate review. As your business improves, your pricing improves with it.
Less to manage, month after month
You choose the level of detail your finance team can act on, so nobody spends hours reconciling numbers they will never use.
No hidden line items
Every charge appears on your statement under its own name and logic, so there is never a residual figure nobody in the room can explain.
Unit economics you can trust
Cost per transaction stays a firm number by corridor and card type, so you can price your product against it with confidence.
