Onboarding with FMPay is a real breeze once you have all the required documents ready and your website satisfies a set of rules imposed by the card associations. You don’t have to upload all the documents at once, but it will speed up the onboarding process if you have all of them ready before you apply. In some cases, such as if you are offering a service from the restricted list, we might ask you for additional documentation.

At the moment we only accept companies incorporated in the United Kingdom.

Company name, address and contact information.

Memorandum and Articles of Association.

Certificate of incorporation.

If you are a licensed company, a copy of the licence or link to the register.

Description of your business activity. If you need one-click payments or recurring charges, you will have to explain the business logic behind those.

Documents that confirm shareholders, beneficial owners (if different) and management.

Previous year’s financial statements or business plan in case it’s a startup.

Proof of identity of each beneficial owner and director.

Business Bank statements for the last 3 months or processing history for the last 6 months.

Proof of address of each beneficial owner and director.

Validation of compliance with PCI DSS (AOC/SAQ + ASV scan).
